Return Conditions
GENERAL:
1.By placing an order electronically through the website you are using, you are deemed to have accepted the pre-information form and distance sales contract presented to you.
2.Buyers are subject to the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (OG:27.11.2014/29188) and other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of the product they purchased.
3.Shipping costs as product shipment expenses will be paid by the buyers.
4.Each purchased product is delivered to the person and/or organization at the address indicated by the buyer, provided that it does not exceed the 14-day legal period. If the product is not delivered within this period, Buyers may terminate the contract.
5.The purchased product must be delivered complete, in accordance with the qualifications specified in the order, and with documents such as warranty certificate and user manual, if any.
6.If the sale of the purchased product becomes impossible, the seller must notify the buyer in writing within 3 days of learning this situation. The total amount must also be refunded to the Buyer within 14 days.
IF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT AMOUNT IS NOT PAID:
7.If the Buyer does not pay the price of the product they purchased or cancels it in bank records, the Seller’s obligation to deliver the product ends.
SHOPPING WITH UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CREDIT CARD:
8.If it is determined after the product is delivered that the credit card used by the buyer for payment was used unfairly by unauthorized persons and the sold product price is not paid to the Seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the Buyer must return the subject product to the SELLER within 3 days, with the shipping cost belonging to the SELLER.
IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED ON TIME DUE TO UNFORESEEABLE REASONS:
9.If force majeure circumstances that the Seller could not foresee occur and the product cannot be delivered on time, the situation is notified to the Buyer. The Buyer may request cancellation of the order, replacement of the product with a similar one, or postponement of delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the Buyer cancels the order; if payment was made in cash, this fee is paid to them in cash within 14 days from cancellation. If the Buyer made payment by credit card and cancels, the product price is refunded to the bank within 14 days from this cancellation, but it is likely that the bank will transfer it to the buyer’s account within 2-3 weeks.
10.The Buyer will inspect the subject goods/services before taking delivery; will not accept damaged and defective goods/services such as dented, broken, torn packaging, etc. from the cargo company. The received goods/services will be considered undamaged and sound. The BUYER must carefully protect the goods/services after delivery. If the right of withdrawal is to be used, the goods/services should not be used. The invoice must also be returned with the product.

11.The BUYER; may use the right to withdraw from the contract by rejecting the goods without undertaking any legal and criminal liability and without showing any reason, provided that they notify the SELLER through the contact information below within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date of the purchased product to themselves or the person/organization at the address they indicated.

DURATION OF WITHDRAWAL RIGHT:
13.If what the Buyer purchased is a service, this 14-day period starts from the date the contract is signed. The right of withdrawal cannot be used in service contracts where the performance of the service has started with the consumer’s consent before the withdrawal period expires.
14.Costs arising from the use of the right of withdrawal belong to the SELLER.
15.To use the right of withdrawal, written notification must be made to the SELLER by registered mail, fax or email within the 14 (fourteen) day period, and the product must not have been used within the framework of the “Products for Which Withdrawal Right Cannot Be Used” provisions regulated in this contract.
USE OF WITHDRAWAL RIGHT:
16.The invoice of the product delivered to a 3rd party or the BUYER, (If the invoice of the product to be returned is corporate, it must be sent with the return invoice issued by the institution when returning. Order returns with invoices issued in the name of institutions cannot be completed unless a RETURN INVOICE is issued.)
17.The return form, the box of the products to be returned, packaging, and standard accessories if any, must be delivered complete and undamaged.
RETURN CONDITIONS:
18.The SELLER is obliged to return the total amount and documents that put the BUYER in debt to the BUYER within 10 days at the latest from the receipt of the withdrawal notification, and to take back the goods within 20 days.
19.If there is a decrease in the value of the goods due to a reason arising from the BUYER’s fault or if return becomes impossible, the BUYER is obliged to compensate the SELLER’s damages in proportion to their fault. However, the BUYER is not responsible for changes and deteriorations that occur due to the proper use of the goods or product during the withdrawal period.
20.If the campaign limit amount set by the SELLER is fallen below due to the use of the right of withdrawal, the discount amount benefited under the campaign is canceled.
PRODUCTS FOR WHICH WITHDRAWAL RIGHT CANNOT BE USED:
21.Return is not possible according to the Regulation for goods prepared according to the BUYER’s request or clearly personal needs and not suitable for return, underwear bottom parts, swimsuit and bikini bottoms, makeup materials, disposable products, goods that risk rapid deterioration or possible expiration date, products that are not suitable for return in terms of health and hygiene if their packaging is opened by the BUYER after delivery, products that mix with other products after delivery and cannot be separated by their nature, goods related to periodic publications such as newspapers and magazines except those provided under subscription contracts, services performed instantly in electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer, and sound or image recordings, books, digital content, software programs, data recording and data storage devices, computer consumables if their packaging has been opened by the BUYER. Also, the use of withdrawal right for services whose performance has started with the consumer’s consent before the withdrawal period expires is not possible according to the Regulation.
22.Cosmetic and personal care products, underwear products, swimsuits, bikinis, books, copyable software and programs, DVDs, VCDs, CDs and cassettes, and stationery consumables (toner, cartridge, ribbon, etc.) must have their packaging unopened, untested, undamaged and unused to be returnable.
DEFAULT SITUATION AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES
23.The BUYER accepts, declares and undertakes that if they default when making payment transactions by credit card, they will pay interest within the framework of the credit card agreement with the cardholder bank and will be responsible to the bank. In this case, the relevant bank may resort to legal means; may request the costs and attorney’s fees from the BUYER, and in any case, if the BUYER defaults due to their debt, the BUYER accepts that they will pay the damages and losses suffered by the SELLER due to the delayed performance of the debt.

25.Through our website with your credit cards, you can benefit from online single payment or online installment options for all kinds of credit cards. In your online payments, the amount withdrawal process from your credit card will occur at the end of your order.
