Our sliding automatic garden and garage gates are delivered to customers completely finished and ready to use. Gates are manufactured to the customer’s desired height by adding a 75 cm balance margin to the given wall-to-wall measurement. In motorized gates, you receive your product with the motor rack gears mounted on the gate. Our gates have posts called center and head posts that hold the gate from the right and left sides. Posts are manufactured from 50x50x1.5 mm galvanized box profile. There are a total of 6 balance wheels from 3 sets.
In our sliding gates, 50×10 mm flat bar and 16 mm round iron are used as rails. This way, even the heaviest vehicles cannot bend the rails. The posts are fixed to the ground and wall with the accessories we provide. Gate installation continues with the laying of rails after the posts are fixed in an aligned manner. Finally, the gate is placed on the rails and if available, the motor connection is made. Many installations are done by customers with our support. Customers who wish can install their gates by receiving assembly support.
In our gates, 1st quality Jotun brand electrostatic powder coating paint is used. Our paints are guaranteed for 15 years. Since all parts are made of galvanized steel, your product will not rust in case of any impact that your paint might receive. You can purchase and use your sliding gate with peace of mind.
